When I painted “St. George Island,” I wanted to capture the hush of waves meeting the shore and the way light melts across the water. The soft blues and sandy tones carry the serenity of mornings spent by the sea. It’s a moment of stillness, sunlight shimmering, time slowing, heart steady. This painting invites you to stand at the edge of calm and simply listen to the ocean breathe.
